    Our designers then start the intricate work of collaborating with our manufacturers, to assess the possibilities, varieties, and colour finishes available for each piece.
  3. Quality Assurance Checks
    Once the manufacturing process has started, we go through the first set of vigorous quality assurance checks, resolving any issues found.
  4. Delivery
    With a successful design and production process on track, our range is created and delivered to our warehouses. Here, each piece is put through a second detailed quality check before being packaged for safe storage.
  1. Promotion
    All new designs are uploaded to our website – and that is when the exciting work of delivering our inspirational pieces to our valued customers begins.
  2. Customer Service
    Qualified staff support our customers in finding the perfect lighting solutions for their needs by discussing the sizes, colour, finishes and overall design elements desired for their home. We also share with them the many options for customised pieces .
  3. Purchase
    As soon as an item is purchased, our scrupulous warehouse staff do a final quality assurance check before packaging it with extreme care for delivery to our customer’s home.
  4. Ongoing Support
    Even after delivery, we are here to support our customers. We can recommend qualified and experienced electricians for expert installation . We also offer phone support on installations or organising new fittings if there are any faults.
