Where do I go for a consultation?

For ultimate convenience, we bring our consultations and showroom tours to you via phone, Facetime or WhatsApp. All you need is a handheld device.

We’re open 10:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Please book an appointment so we can ensure there’s a consultant available to help you.

What can I expect?

Once you’ve booked your consultation, we’ll allocate an expert consultant to walk you through the entire process. They’ll get to know you, your likes, and dislikes (or your clients) to provide a truly custom experience.

During your initial consultation, we’ll:

  • Discuss the vision and objectives
  • Look at the floor plan and map out a lighting plan
  • Provide a tour of our collection and get a feel for what you or your client do and don’t like
  • Guide you through the selection process
  • Create mock-ups for any custom pieces

How should I prepare?

Meeting virtually makes preparation simple. There’s no need to print anything. Simply email us in advance with:

  • The building plans including: floor plans, elevations, sections and site plans
  • A furniture placement plan capturing how the space will be used and where furniture will be placed – or at least a rough idea. If you’re unsure and need advice, we can assist with this
  • Images of finishes – e.g. tiles, stone, cabinetry colours, paint colours and others
  • Inspirational photos that capture the look and feel you’re after

Finally, make sure any key people we’ll need input or buy-in from (e.g. architects, designers, electricians, clients, or family members) can attend the consultation too. Two, three, or more heads are better than one!
